“I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.
There sleeps Titania sometime of the night,
Lull’d in these flowers with dances and delight”
Oberon, Act 2 Scene 1, A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Titania, Queen of the Fairies, named as a daughter of the Titans is well met by moonlight in nature, in her dark silver shining namesake – the lightest and strongest of any elemental metal.

Discovered in Cornwall by William Gregor in 1791 and named by Martin Heinrich Klaproth for the Titans of Greek mythology, Titanium is prized in jewellery for its remarkable lightness; strength; durability in resistance to scratches, dents, and corrosions such as sea water and chlorine; and its hypoallergenic inertness.

The Titania is a solid titanium modern band with traditional Royal Claddagh design laser engraved in relief – beautiful, durable and hypoallergenic.

Dispatched from Ireland – the home of the Royal Claddagh ring. Tax free export outside the European Union. Free shipping worldwide.

Titanium is not classified as a traditional precious metal under Irish law so it isn’t required to carry a Dublin Castle hallmark.
